As an avid physics enthusiast, my expertise spans a range of topics in applied optics, encompassing phase-shifting interferometry, Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor based wavefront detection and correction, for ocular aberrations and lidar communications. Additionally, I have worked on developing fluorescent and light-sheet microscopy, for cytometric applications.
My interest in microscopy naturally led me to explore the realm of image analysis. Over time, I have honed my skills in classical methods and embraced the cutting-edge CNN-based AI techniques. These powerful tools empower me to delve deeper into the physics behind the morphological and structural changes of axons.
