QUANTUM SIMULATION USING ULTRA COLD ATOMS
Speaker: Nilanjan Kundu (Indian Institute of Technology Patna, Bihar)
In this proposal, we address the formation and the unexplored aspect of the physics of rogue wave in a coupled Bose-Einstein condensation under a bichromatic optical lattice. We provide an experimental approach and an exact analytical formation mechanism for obtaining rogue wave using ultra-cold atoms. The variations of the condensate densities for the two components will be thoroughly reported and analyzed for attractive regimes under experimental investigations. Dynamics of various nonlinear excitations and the mixtures of bright-rogue wave, dark-rogue wave, and soliton will be investigated. We will also investigate the existence of Anderson rogue wave by proving its exponential nature of the profile, which is novel in the existing literature on rogue wave. Through the coherent control of Anderson rogue wave, we will propose an equation of the localization length.
