Ultra light dark matter - A novel proposal

Abstract
We revisit the question of `should photon be massless? ' After answering this question I propose a candidate dark matter with mass as low as $10^{-22}eV$. Implications of this are presented for several areas: Bose Einstein Condensate, CMB spectrum, Dwarf galaxies.
