About
Sagar Sutradhar is an Research Associate-III working on the Neutral Atoms Quantum Computer project under National Quantum Mission ( NQM). He earned his PhD in 2023 from the Raman Research Institute, where his research centered on laser cooling and trapping of neutral atoms (sodium and potassium). Following his doctorate, he completed a three-year postdoctoral tenure at LENS and CNR-INO in Florence, Italy, during which he took a leadership role in developing a state-of-the-art experimental facility for laser cooling and trapping of polar CaF molecules
