My research focuses on macromolecules, such as DNA and proteins, alongside other essential biological components. I aim not only to elucidate their fundamental mechanisms but also to harness these properties for the development of novel synthetic constructs. To achieve these goals, my work leverages a multidisciplinary toolkit that encompasses Nanopore technology, Fluorescence Microscopy, Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Optical Tweezers, and advanced computational simulations.
