Dr. Meneka Banik is a researcher specializing in advanced nanotechnology and materials science. She focuses on the self-assembly of colloidal particles, nanopatterning techniques, guided assembly of block copolymer thin films, and plasmon-induced polymerization. She has made significant contributions to understanding and developing novel nanostructures and materials through these innovative approaches. During her tenure at RRI, her primary focus will be on addressing critical scientific challenges and identifying new avenues for innovation and research.
