Research interest includes area of neuronal biology, effects of biochemical parameters on CRISPR/Cas9 system and nucleosome biology. Work on the molecular techniques like cloning, protein knock down by morpholinos and SiRNA, designing of primers for cloning purposes, PCR and gel electrophoresis.
