Research Interests:

I am currently investigating the evaporation dynamics of surfactant- and colloid-laden droplets and the morphologies of the deposits they leave behind after drying. One practical objective is to develop a low-cost detection method for milk adulteration by analyzing drying patterns formed on a heated substrate.
